Background

In Australia, over 95% of commercial rental properties remain without solar or battery storage, representing a vast untapped renewable energy potential. According to AEMO, four times our current distributed solar/BESS capacity will be needed by 2050. Yet traditional rooftop solar business models struggle in rental scenarios due to landlord-tenant misalignment, lack of third-party investment incentives, and more.
